Q: What is the earliest I can check-in?
A: Check-in time is 2pm but with notice, we can often help you earlier.
Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes. If you plan to arrive after 9pm, please call us and we'll plan your check-in accordingly.
Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: We do not have undercover parking, but our onsite parking is secured by a fence.
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Kallangur Motel are non-smoking.
Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: We do not have a restaurant, but there are many options in North Brisbane within walking distance of the motel, including the Kallangur Tavern and Bistro, McDonalds, and KFC.
Q: Do you have room service?
A: Besides breakfast, we do not offer room service. However, there are many restaurants close-by.
Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, all Kallangur Motel rooms include complimentary WiFi.
Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ and pool area.
Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: Very close! We have a Woolworths about 100m from the Kallangur Motel.
Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: We do not have Foxtel, but every room has a large flat screen TV.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full amount for the first cancelled night.
Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure your room booking, or a $150 cash bond.
Q: Do you have a gym?
A: We do not have an on-site gym, but there is a gym approximately 100m from our accommodation in North Brisbane.
